You can take photos from the wiki commons page of famous individual such as Geronimo, George Washington or Chief Joseph and use them as a template to start a digital painting. Then adding some of the important words or works associated with them can add another element to the total work.
Little about family and more pictures of my work and photography and anything else of interest to me.

Digital painting
Digital painting can be a fun use of artistic experimentation. One such site is called pyskopaint and is one of the apps available on Chrome. Here are a few of my first tries.
Brown Trout on Rainbow Rocks |
Fancy Nancy "Lizzy" |
Lizzy Busy, always up for a pose. The site is fun, but rather addictive. These are all manipulations of photos, but I have some paintings from scratch as well. |

Religious Art
Caravaggio is one of my favorite painters. In this painting Saul of Tarsus having seen an angel is thrown from his horse and becomes a Christian convert. In art throughout the ages man has taken various approaches to convey testimony and tell story, from literal story telling, to symbolism. Even landscapes can be said to be included in the realm of religious paintings. What works inspire you? How do you convey those things which cannot be easily spoken?
